Anushka Sharma’s Pari is next level production

Pari movie vfx

After Anushka Sharma released the first teaser of Pari on her Instagram profile we have established it to be a horror ride. It is an upcoming Bollywood supernatural horror film and set to be released on 2 March 2018. Initially, the actress released a poster way back in June 2017 and then this year we saw her motion teaser on Instagram. In the video Anushka’s face slowly gets bruised letting us know how different this film is from all the other work she has done.

This is the third production of her production house, Clean Slate. The film is spooky and a thriller with supernatural elements. Being a relatively new studio, the visual effects work which are reported for this film are very impressive. The previous two productions, i.e. NH10 and Phillauri were a huge success. Phillauri had a lot to do with visual effects and CGI in the post production too.

With tremendous acting prowess and positive dedication, Anushka Sharma has always portrayed meaningful roles. Horror films require a good amount of visual effects in order to make it look more realistic and approachable.

Bollywood has created successful thriller films since decades

Radhika Apte’s Phobia was not necessarily a ghost kind of horror film but it did have a reasonable amount of CGI inculcated in the film. Visual effects and thriller films go hand in hand.

This film is in collaboration with KriArj Productions. It will also be starring Bengali superstar Parambrata Chatterjee. The actor has been previously seen in Bollywood films like Kahaani.

One can expect a power packed performance in this film with a high level of visual effects surrounding it. The cinematography and backdrops of the film are done with the help of VFX artists only. Highly skilled visual effects artists with good knowledge of VFX courses work in big films like these.

A sum of the entire post-production budget went into visual effects for this film. Now we know that there is a lot to look forward to with this particular film. The audience is rooting for something way different and they will not be disappointed.

Pari hits the theatres on 2nd March and we cannot keep calm.
